C.I.A.J. World Youth Alliance Is The Premier Training Ground For Tomorrow's Global Leaders.

WORLD YOUTH ALLIANCE is an Atlanta based Christian nonprofit, 501(c)(3) tax exempt corporation established in 1991 to empower youth for local citizenship and global leadership through training, travel, education and community service.

World Youth Alliance serves a multi-cultural diverse group of youth between the ages of 12 and 18 years old. The goal of World Youth Alliance is to uniquely reverse the spiraling trend of youth crisis through four independent initiatives, which serve to:

	Offer INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT TRAINING utilizing leadership laboratories with global and environmental simulation
	PROMOTE CULTURAL AWARENESS AND HEIGHTEN GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE through summits, cultural education, local, national and international educational travel.
	MOBILIZE, EMPOWER AND COMMISSION a cadre of self-directed youth to serve and represent their communities as "YOUTH AMBASSADORS FOR CHANGE".
	CREATE A YOUTH ALLIANCE with other local, and global youth serving organizations to provide an awareness of social issues that can best be met by youth

World Youth Alliance operating philosophy is that an educated, culturally exposed youth with a constituency base can best:

	Enlist the support of other youth
	Promote understanding between youth.
	Stimulate the present and future development of dynamic social change.

Exposure through local, national and international travel is a key component of the WYA initiatives.
